Return & Refund Policy

At Famina Flair Fashion, we aim to provide premium-quality Jaipuri & Sanganeri unstitched suits. Since textile products may slightly vary due to handmade printing and photography lighting, we request customers to read the product details carefully before ordering.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect

Return Request Timeline

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide:
  • Order ID
  • Clear product images
  • Unboxing video proof

Without an unboxing video, return/refund requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased during clearance or sale
• Customized or altered products
• Minor color variations due to lighting/screens
• Hand block print irregularities, as these are part of the artisan process
• Used, washed, or damaged products by customer handling

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• In COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable:

• Store credit or refund may be offered.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
